PLEASE NOTE

9+ guests STRICTLY require additional host(s) and cost is included in the package.

Party duration 1.5hrs (not including cake time)

Host will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to setup and stay 30 minutes afterwards to pack up
Tables and stools will be provided at no extra cost
Please be advised that a $40 travel fee may apply if your location is 1hr from our HQ

All dates and times are subject to availability.

Please refer to all information provided regarding the event details and requirements.

If you have any questions, please contact us on 0416 06 2030 before confirmation of your booking.

If a public holiday date is requested for a booking, a 10% surcharge will be applied to the total amount.

Refunds for cancellation on the part of the attendee will be given as follows:
– Cancellation made up to 14 days before the event date – full refund
– Cancellation made up to 13 or less days before the event date – no refund

Pamper Me Events reserves the right to cancel or alter any events booked for reasons including, but not limited to, adverse weather, host illness, or any other circumstances, which may make operation of the event inadvisable.

Pamper Me Events will endeavor to ensure workshops are held on the committed dates/times, unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as the host/s being unable to attend due to illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Pamper Me Events will inform the participants with as much notice as possible on these occasions.


Should a cancellation become necessary by Pamper Me Events the attendee will have the choice of a alternative date, or withdrawing from the event booking and, where applicable, accepting a refund of the cost of that specific deposit made by the attendee from Pamper Me Events.

In the event that the specific host/s is unable to attend due to illness or other circumstances beyond Pamper Me Events control, then the event will be cancelled if no suitable replacement can be arranged.

No cancellation penalties will be paid out in the event of workshop cancellations by Pamper Me Events.

Should you have additional guests attend or have requested additional activities after a party package has been successfully purchased at the full price via our website an invoice will be emailed out 24-48hrs prior to the date of the booking of the party for the remaining balance to be paid.

Meals & Dietary Requirements
The workshop requires you to bring your own meals, attendees are asked to notify Pamper Me Events regarding allergies when making the booking.

WE REQUEST THAT ALL FOOD DURING CHILDRENS WORKSHOPS/CLASSES IS STRICTLY NUT FREE.

Refunds for cancellation on the part of the attendee will be given as follows:
– Cancellation made up to 7 days before the workshop date – full refund
– Cancellations made up to 3 days before the workshop date – 50% refund
– Cancellation made up to 1 days before the workshop date – no refund

If payment for the workshop is not received in advance, we regret that the participant will not be able to attend.


Pamper Me Events reserves the right to cancel or alter any workshop for reasons including, but not limited to, too few participants, adverse weather, instructor illness, or any other circumstances, which may make operation of the workshop inadvisable. All workshop dates and times are subject to change but Pamper Me Events will endeavor to ensure workshops are held on the committed dates/times, unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as the host/s being unable to attend due to illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Pamper Me Events will inform the participants with as much notice as possible on these occasions.

Should a cancellation become necessary by Pamper Me Events the attendee will have the choice of attending an alternative workshop, or withdrawing from the workshop and, where applicable, accepting a refund of the cost of that specific workshop to Pamper Me Events.

In the event that the specific host/s is unable to attend due to illness or other circumstances beyond Pamper Me Events control, then the workshop will be cancelled if no suitable replacement can be arranged.

For complimentary workshops, the workshop will be rearranged to another date and the attendee offered a place on that alternative date.

No cancellation penalties (including travel expenses to and from the workshop, or accommodation costs) will be paid out in the event of workshop cancellations by Pamper Me Events.

Safety of each attendee and collection

All attendees will need an adult (18+) to sign in at drop off and to sign out at pick up and will need to be collected from inside the studio unless written permission has been provided to us for the attendee to leave the workshop independently.
