When do I need to give the final number of attendees for my child's party?

Final numbers are due 7 days prior to the party.

We will email you the week of the party asking for the numbers and if there will be any children with any allergies.

When do I need to pay the balance?

Balance of payment can be paid on the day of the event.

What is the Cancellation policy?

We require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure your booking. Should you cancel your party this deposit cannot be refunded due to the time and date being held for you.

We can not hold dates and times until your payment has been made online.

Do you need help organising extras to personalise your party?

We can help with all the finer details. Cakes & Cake Toppers, Personalised cookies, balloons etc.
